Lucero Mejia is the Founder of Feel Rejuvenated LLC, an organization dedicated to your wellness. Lucero has the following qualifications:

Lucero is a Muscle Activation Technique Certified Specialist, a Certified Ohashiatsu Practitioner (Oriental Medicine), a Certified Personal Trainer, and a PhD. Candidate in Natural Nutrition, completion date Spring 2007.
Today, Lucero is dedicated to the well being of the individual. Her continuous studying of the human behavior, body biomechanics, fitness experience and her Ohashiatsu practice has strengthened Lucero's own belief in the power of body, mind, and spirit in health and healing.
Lucero’s additional professional background is in Telecommunications. She is an early retiree from AT&T where she worked 20 years in various Management positions. She holds B.S degrees in Finance and Marketing from Rider University. Her professional and team management experience give her a deep understanding of the stresses related to the corporate environment.
Her goal is to educate and encourage people to take responsibility for their health, to achieve the highest level of fitness, to stay in harmony with oneself, and to live a more fulfilling, healthy, and peaceful life.
